Kerry
Bush delivers 19 years of commercial real estate knowledge
with a particular strength in dispositions, consulting,
and project management. His proven consulting record
with major corporations enhances Surplus Real Estate's
already solid foundation. Most recently, he served as
a consultant for a large-scale, multi-use redevelopment
in Kansas City, Missouri and disposed of a ten-acre
retail site in Johnson County, Kansas to Target. He
advised the property owner throughout the process and
assisted with the negotiations for tax increment financing
and other development incentives from the local municipality.
Additionally,
Kerry provides detailed analysis of commercial real
estate values, preparation of loan request packages
and the marketing of renovated projects. His experience
with leasing, management and accounting, industrial
and retail real estate assets perfectly compliments
Surplus Real Estates team of professionals.
Kerry's
consulting advice extends into various other areas including
real estate brokerage, lease audit services and real
estate tax appeals. As a licensed (series 7 and 63)
retail securities broker, Kerry has a unique investment
perspective on commercial real estate that benefits
him and his clients in all areas.
Previous
Experience
From 1995 to 1998, Kerry completed tenant/buyer representation
projects on behalf of numerous clients. Simultaneously,
he contracted with Kansas City FiberNet (now AT&T
local services), growing their fiber optic network and
dedicated access services throughout the Kansas City
metropolitan area. The knowledge and experience he gained
improved his understanding of various commercial properties
and the technology available for his clients.
